EXCITING NEWS FROM ABATIS COMING SOON

August 2010

It's over 7 years since Abatis Solutions was formed. Since then we've changed our name to better reflect the sort of services we provide, but not a lot else has changed with our logo and identity.

We know that we've got one of those names that's not easy to say. But we've come to love our little name, and gives us a warm fuzzy feeling whenever someone mispronounces it or asks us what "Abatis" means.

We are constantly listening to our customers, and as a result of continuing feedback, including responses from questionnaires sent to all of our customers, Abatis is undergoing a massive overhaul. We're excited about these changes and hope you will be too, so watch this space for the latest news from Abatis Fire & Security.

GTFC CHAIRMANS CHALLENGE (MAY 2010)

Abatis Director and keen Grimsby Town FC supporter, Chris Stephenson, took part in the bi annual Chairmans Challenge on May 6th. Chris was part of a sponsors team who pitched their footballing "skills" against a team of GTFC "legends" including the likes of John McDermott, Dave Smith, Gary Childs and Jon Rowan.

Director Chris Stephenson (left in stripes) is pictured "slotting a lovely through ball" evading legends' Dave Smith's desperate tackle and into the path of his oncoming team mate setting up an early attack from right back for the sponsors team

The legends team ran out winners of the Shield winning through on a penalty shoot out following an entertaining 2-2 draw after full time.

An excellent evening was had by all, with Chairman John Fenty's team gaining revenge for their defeat last time out.
